General Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for certain items. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Pre-Order Items

For items purchased as pre-orders, the price is subject to change. If the price of the item changes between the time you place the order and the shipment date, you will be charged the updated price at the time of fulfillment. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are available. Please refer to the estimated delivery time on the product page. Due to the custom nature of our pre-order products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations on pre-order items once the order is placed.




Custom Designed Products

All custom-designed products are made to order and are non-refundable. Please double-check all customizations (e.g., text, color, design) before placing your order. If a custom-designed item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Trading Card Game (TCG) Items

We do not accept any refunds, returns, or exchanges on trading card game (TCG) items, under any circumstances. This includes products such as booster packs, single cards, or sealed products. Once TCG items have been opened, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This policy is in place due to the possibility of opened packs being resold and tampered with. Please carefully review your order before purchasing.

Refunds for Transaction Fees

Please note that we do not refund transaction fees charged by payment processors (e.g., credit card processing fees, PayPal fees, etc.) as part of any refund or return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you believe you are eligible for a return or exchange (e.g., damaged or defective items), please reach out to our customer service team at holofoilshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos (if applicable). We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item, if applicable. Once we receive the returned item (if applicable), we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

Custom-designed products, pre-order items, and trading card game items are not eligible for refunds or returns unless they are defective or damaged. Items purchased during special promotions, sales, or clearance events are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged.
